Updated Appointment Check-in Procedures
When you arrive for your appointment:
- Please wait in your car. If you wait outside your car, please respect the recommended 6 feet of social distancing.
- Call our office using your cell phone at (715) 723-5688 and let us know you have arrived. If you do not have a cell phone, let the receptionist know when your appointment is confirmed the day before, and give her the type of vehicle you will be arriving in.
- As a last resort, simply knock on the front door.
- We will call you or come out to get you when we are ready for your appointment.
- Once inside, please wait at the front entrance where you can:
- Secure a mask if you don’t already have one on.
- Use the hand sanitizer.
- Have your temperature taken. If your temperature is 100.0° or higher, we may ask you to reschedule.
- You will then be escorted back to the dental chair.
Once in the dental chair:
- We will review and update your medical history and the COVID-19 screening questions, and have you sign the consent form.
- We will review your treatment for today’s appointment.
- We will then ask you to remove your mask or face covering.
- We will have you rinse with an anti-bacterial solution before beginning treatment.
